Introduction About Our Business

Acting in the interests of investors, we offer a new investment format that will allow investors to securely finance various projects around the world, bypassing the costs of intermediaries, organizing transactions, and eliminating technical and other barriers. The project proposes to finance the construction and operation of investment objects using, in particular, the Security Token Offering (STO) model.
Company Mission
The project will result in the creation of an integrated, high-tech, environmentally friendly, waste-free, export-oriented, highly profitable business in Europe for the production of electronic (semiconductor) and solar polysilicon in Ukraine for the needs of photovoltaics with full self-sufficiency in energy needs through the production of electricity based on renewable energy sources integrated into the production process.
Company Vision
A high-tech polycrystalline silicon production facility is being set up in Ukraine at the UKRAINIAN POWER-METALLURGICAL COMPANY L.L.C. The production base is located on the north-eastern outskirts of Bucha (Kyiv region). We are building a polycrystalline silicon plant by smelting high-quality polycrystalline silicon in induction furnaces. Polysilicon is in high demand in the European Union market and is a key component of solar power plant panels.
Project Envisages
Construction of a polycrystalline silicon production plant with integrated power generation in Ukraine, launch of induction furnaces for smelting high quality polycrystalline silicon. Production and sale of “electronic” (semiconductor) and “solar” quality polysilicon for photovoltaics. The generated electricity fully meets the company’s own needs, and the surplus is sold through the national power grid. Sales of finished products on the European market. In total, the project will create 105 jobs.
Products & Services
Polysilicon is a high-quality polycrystalline form of silicon with semiconducting properties. It is mainly used as a raw material in the solar energy and electronics industries. Given its semiconducting properties, polysilicon is used to make photovoltaic (PV) panels. It is also used in electronic gates, integrated circuits, resistors and conductors, among other applications.
Project Stages

The project implementation period is 5 years. The project structure includes the possibility of phased implementation with further scaling:
Stage 1 (2023-2024): Acquisition, reconstruction and construction of an integral production property complex of 20,000 m2. Acquisition, installation and operation of technological equipment;
Stage 2 (2024-2025): Establishment of solar panel production;
Stage 3 (2025-2028): Establishment of production of materials for the electronics industry;

Funding Sources
The financing scheme is based on bilateral investment, loan agreements between companies or joint investment and business agreements that involve combining the efforts and assets of the parties, providing (tangible or intangible assets of the company) or guarantees that fully cover the financial risks of the investment project. It is planned to raise funds from banks. It is a direct bank loan for a term of up to 5 years, with the cost of the resource in accordance with the current bank regulations.

Solution For Our Business

Centrotherm’s SiTec multicrystalline ingot furnace is a key piece of equipment for the production of silicon ingots and wafers for the photovoltaic industry. The furnace grows multicrystalline silicon ingots by vertically gradienting the silicon melt in a silica crucible after melting polysilicon pieces.

DSS Technology
Multicrystalline silicon ingots produced using directional solidification systems (DSS) are the best way to produce high quality crystalline silicon at low cost and high productivity. DSS technology is widespread among PV ingot producers, and hundreds of furnaces are produced worldwide each year. The current challenge for crystal manufacturers is to increase the maximum ingot weight to benefit from economies of scale and reduce energy consumption.
Raw Materials & Supplies
Metallurgical silicon (also known as silicon metal) is recognised by the European Commission as a Critical Raw Material (CRM) due to its economic importance in a wide range of applications. Metallurgical silicon (MS) is the starting material for producing solar and electronic silicon. Ukraine’s total reserves of the main raw material, quartzite, exceed 180 million tonnes. The deposits are located in Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad and Dnipro regions (Ovrutske, Tolkachivske, Bilokorovytske, Vasylkivske and Ivanivske).

Silicon Ingots
We produce silicon ingots with different shape (round, pseudosquare, full square) with diameter (diagonal of square) up to 220mm in quantity more then 200 000kg per year. Square size 103x103mm or 125x125mm or 156x156mm
Silicone Wafers
We offer solar grade silicon wafers in quantity 200 000pcs per month. Square size 103×103 mm or 125×125 mm or 156×156 mm; Resistivity 0,5-3,0 Ohm*cm; 3,0-6,0 Ohm*cm or per specification of customer; Thickness 180±20μm , 200±20μm
Solar Cell
The cells are produced from high quality polysilicon of our own production. We offer 125x125mm and 156x156mm mono cells with optional bas bar number (2 and 3).
